A real estate virtual tour can cost a few euros per property or several hundred, and the gap almost never comes from the software. It comes from who captures, with what hardware, and from what you keep paying when nothing is published.
This page breaks down the cost models that exist on the market, then prices ours. We do not reproduce other people's rates: they vary by region, by property size and by offer, and a second-hand figure would be wrong before it was ever useful.
The contractor fee, when capture is outsourced: a trip, time on site, an invoice per property. It is the most visible line, and often the only one people compare. Hardware, when the agency captures in-house: a dedicated camera is bought once and amortised over the properties actually captured.
The agent's time, which appears on no invoice but exists all the same: a capture made during a visit that was happening anyway costs only its fifteen minutes. Hosting and how long a listing stays up, because a property sometimes takes eight months to sell. And above all the number of listings published at once, which is an agency's real variable.

Prices exclude VAT. The cost per tour is the plan price divided by its number of active tours: it assumes you use your allowance. Nothing is invoiced to date.

Indicative estimate. The time you recover depends on the viewings you would have run without the 3D tour, a number only you can estimate. None of these values leaves your browser.
An agency with 30 listings live at any time takes the Pro plan at €349 per month excluding VAT, which is about €10 per published listing per month. If a property stays instructed for three months, its tour will have cost around thirty euros across the whole marketing period.
A sole agent with 6 instructions takes the Starter plan at €99 per month excluding VAT, about €12.40 per published listing per month. Both are simple divisions from the table above: they predict no commercial outcome and take no account of the time you save.
With Dalim, exceeding the active tour cap triggers no per-item billing: it points you to the next plan up. Elsewhere, check whether overage is billed and at what rate.
Included with no time limit on all our plans. A tour you have to pay for again to keep it online changes the maths entirely on a property that takes eight months to sell.
Unlimited with us, within normal professional use. Recapturing a property after refurbishment costs nothing extra.
All included, on every plan. A per-seat rate changes the equation the moment a second person wants to capture.
The tour is unpublished in one click and frees its slot immediately. After ninety days it is archived and stops counting, while staying privately viewable.
A price means nothing without the result it buys. Open the sample tour, a real flat captured on an iPhone, and compare it with what your current budget gets you today.
It depends entirely on the model. Per property with a contractor, each listing triggers an invoice. With a dedicated camera, you pay for hardware first and amortise it afterwards. With Dalim you pay a monthly subscription based on how many listings are published at once, from €99 excluding VAT for eight active tours, scans and seats included.
Yes, every amount quoted excludes VAT, which is added on top. The pricing page also shows the VAT-inclusive amount in small type under each price, at the 20 % French rate. The Starter plan at €99 excluding VAT therefore comes to €118.80 including VAT, the figure actually debited before the agency reclaims it.
The subscription is monthly and can be stopped at any time, effective at the end of the current month, by a simple email. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. To date no subscription is running and no payment is collected, so access can be left without notice or paperwork, since there is nothing to cancel.
No. Captures are unlimited on every plan, within normal professional use. You can scan your entire portfolio and publish only what you choose: the number of tours published at the same time is what determines your plan. Recapturing a property after refurbishment therefore costs nothing extra at any point.
Nothing. User seats are unlimited on every plan, including the first. That is a deliberate choice: a capture tool that depends on one trained person stops existing the moment they are away, and never becomes an agency reflex. Per-seat pricing produces exactly the opposite of what we are trying to achieve.
No, it is included with no time limit on every plan. A tour stays online for as long as the property is instructed, with no surcharge tied to how long it runs or how many people view it. It is worth checking everywhere: a property that takes eight months to sell changes the maths if hosting has to be paid for again.
You unpublish the tour and its slot frees up immediately in your allowance, ready for the next instruction. A property unpublished for more than ninety days is archived: it stops counting while staying privately viewable from your account. Your published portfolio therefore tracks your real activity, month by month.
Going over triggers no per-item billing. It points you to the next plan up, whose cap suits your portfolio better. That is an important difference from models where every additional unit is billed separately, and where a good month produces an unpredictable invoice just as business picks up.
The right plan follows from how many listings you publish at once, not from how many captures you will make. Tell us where you stand.
