A Matterport alternative
built for the agency that captures.

No camera to buy, no contractor to schedule: the agent captures with the iPhone Pro they already own, and the tour goes live the same day. Here are the differences, criterion by criterion.

You pay for live listings, not for scans

If your agency wants to capture in-house, with no hardware to buy and no contractor to book, and publish within the day, Dalim is built precisely for that. Pricing follows your published portfolio, and scans and seats are unlimited.

The rest of this page sets out the criteria, with sources and their date. We reproduce no competitor pricing: as of the verification date, no amounts are shown on the Matterport plans page.

The cost that matters is the total cost.

Comparing two subscriptions says very little. What weighs on an agency budget is the sum of software, any hardware, the time spent, and the contractor fee when capture is outsourced.

With Dalim there is no hardware line: the iPhone Pro is already there, and the agent captures during a visit that was happening anyway. No contractor line either, and no third-party appointment to schedule. The budget comes down to a subscription, sized on the listings you publish.

What Dalim serves best.

The agency that captures in-house

The agent is already on site for the valuation and the photographs. Fifteen minutes more, and the property can be toured online without depending on anyone.

A portfolio that turns over

You pay for published listings, not captures. Scanning the whole portfolio to see how it comes out changes nothing on the invoice.

The whole team

Seats are unlimited on every plan, so usage never depends on a single trained champion.

Residential property

Flats and houses: this is the ground the product is built for, and where the result is strongest.

Fast publishing

Under four business hours from upload to a live address, so the tour is useful the day the listing appears.

A readable budget

A published price list, with no hardware to amortise and no per-item invoice: you know what next month costs.

What Dalim is not built for.

Dalim covers presenting a home: flats and houses, shown to buyers. A digital twin used for the technical management of a building, or the capture of large industrial volumes, falls outside that scope and calls for a different tool.

Saying so avoids disappointment: a clear answer before the trial is worth more than a product bent away from what it was built to do.

The comparison that actually settles it.

A table is no substitute for your own eyes. Open the sample tour, then open a tour made with whatever you use today, and judge them side by side: how materials read, how freely you move, how the volumes come across.

Methodology.

Details about Matterport come from its official pages, consulted on 18 August 2026, and are linked above so you can check them yourself. No figure is taken from secondary sources, and no competitor amount is reproduced: the plans page does not display any.

Offers change. If you are reading this long after that date, check the sources before basing a decision on them, and tell us about anything that has become inaccurate.

What is the best Matterport alternative for an agency?

If what you want to remove is the dependence on dedicated hardware or on a contractor, a capture made by the agent with an iPhone answers that directly: nothing to buy, no appointment to book, no production delay. That is the use case Dalim is built for, and its pricing follows the published portfolio rather than the volume of captures.

Do you always need a camera for Matterport?

No, and saying otherwise would be inaccurate: Matterport also offers smartphone capture depending on the plan. Dedicated hardware becomes necessary for certain quality levels and workflows. That is exactly why a comparison has to be about defined workflows rather than two brands in the abstract.

How does Matterport pricing compare with Dalim?

We do not reproduce competitor pricing. As of 18 August 2026, the Matterport plans page lists its tiers without displaying amounts. Ours is published in full on the pricing page, from €99 per month excluding VAT for eight active tours. Compare total cost of ownership, hardware and contractor fees included, rather than two subscriptions.

Is the quality comparable?

That is a question your eyes settle, not a table. Open our sample tour and one made with your current tool, then compare how materials read, how freely you move and how the volumes come across. We publish no quality score: nobody would have reason to take our word for it, and the demonstration is one click away.

Can existing tours be migrated to Dalim?

A tour produced by another platform cannot be converted: the capture data belongs to its own ecosystem, whichever tool it came from. Moving to Dalim means recapturing the properties concerned, which for a portfolio that turns over happens naturally as new listings come in, without a migration window, without double billing and without a day where neither tool works properly.

Is hosting included?

With Dalim, yes, with no time limit on any plan: a tour stays online for as long as the property is listed, whatever the number of people viewing it. A sold property is unpublished in one click and immediately frees its slot in your active tour allowance, ready for the next listing.

Can the tour carry the agency's branding?

Yes, and it is included from the Pro plan: your agency's logo and colours in the viewer, with no add-on to buy. Full white label with a dedicated domain is an option on the Pro and Agence plans, and is included in the Réseau plan. On the Matterport side it depends on the capabilities of the plan taken.

The best test is not our sample tour, it is one of your own instructions, captured by you. Access opens in waves, a few agencies at a time.
