Pre-launch phase
Dalim is in its pre-launch phase: the service is not yet commercially open, no payment is collected and no purchase can be made on this site to date. Signing up during the pre-launch is simply an expression of interest, with no commitment. The publishing company is being incorporated: this document will be completed and consolidated upon registration, before any commercial launch.
Site publisher
At this pre-launch stage, the Dalim site (dalim.app) is published in a personal capacity by the founder of the Dalim project, as a non-professional publisher within the meaning of article 6, III-2 of French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN). In accordance with that provision, their identity is held at the disposal of the hosting provider identified below.
A company is being incorporated to carry the commercial operation of the service. Its corporate name, legal form, trade register number and intra-community VAT number will be published on this page upon registration, and before any commercial launch.

Intellectual property
All elements of the site (texts, visuals, software, 3D tour engine) are the exclusive property of the publisher, unless stated otherwise. The 3D tours and the property content remain the property of the agencies that produced them.
