What exactly am I billed for?
A live tour is one property published online (up to 12 rooms, bathrooms included). Scans are unlimited: digitise your whole portfolio and only pay for the tours you keep published. Sell a property, unpublish it, and the slot frees up instantly.
What happens if I hit my live-tour cap?
Nothing breaks: unpublish a sold property (its slot frees up instantly) or move up a tier. There is no overage billing anymore, the number of properties published at once is what sets your tier.
Are scans really unlimited?
Yes, for normal professional use: digitise your whole portfolio and re-scan as often as you need, at no extra cost; you only pay for the tours you keep published online. A fair-use policy only covers clearly abnormal or abusive use (detailed in the Terms) and never gets in the way of legitimate use.
How many seats for my agency?
As many as you like: seats are unlimited on every plan. The whole team gets access, whether one person scans or everyone does.
Is there a minimum term?
The plan is monthly. During the presale everything is adjusted as we go; the final terms will be spelled out in the Terms before public launch.
Are prices excl. or incl. VAT?
Listed prices exclude VAT (the B2B norm), with the VAT-inclusive figure shown small. VAT (20%) is added on the invoice and reclaimable, like any professional tool.
